Welcome to MathGym
MathGym will be conducted in a face-to-face manner.
The Department of Mathematics will offer a limited selection of time slots. Our tutors will answer your questions on a one-to-one basis and discuss your math problems in a face-to-face manner. Appointments are available through the online booking system on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no cost to you, so please join us – we will be happy to assist you!
When
Weekdays, 12:30 pm – 6:30 pm, for 5 weeks from Mon 2 Nov to Fri 4 Dec (end of teaching, Term 1).
How it works
- Sign in with your CUHK email.
- Pick a TA and a 15-minute slot at least 24 hours ahead, and say what you'd like to discuss.
- The TA reviews and confirms your booking. You'll get an email.
- Come to Room 202, Lady Shaw Building on time. More than 5 minutes late counts as a no-show.

The roster will appear here once TAs have been assigned their desk hours.
Our TAs have the right to refuse to meet you in a face-to-face manner if they are unable to identify who you are through your registered ID number and full name. MathGym is closed whenever the university is closed.
